I think Kat Annie Casabella gave me the number 10.....so here goes 1. I remember the moment I decided what I wanted to be when I grew up......I was in gradeschool. My mom and dad became foster parents because my older sister had a friend that needed some security, love and consistency in her life. I was 12 years old at the time. I remember the social worker coming to the house and me thinking.....How cool would it be to grow up and make money doing something that I have always loved to do....help others! There was no turning back for me. There have been many times in my life I have been discouraged to take that path .....But I was always true to myself and so happy that I did! I LOVE people! 2. In high school I hit a game winning shot from half court to beat Presentation by one point! This is the highlight of my basketball career. I like to think I was better than I really was.... 3. I cant blow my nose. It makes me nauseous to even think about it. 4. I have not been able to leave my kids for more than one night. I have never taken even a long weekend with my husband or my girlfriends since I became a mom....I know I need to work on this, but just havent made myself do it yet 5. I use to be extremely shy 6. Fleas scare me 7. The best sound in the world is my kids laughter 8. I lost a friend to violence and think about her every day but have not talked about it with anyone since the funeral 9. I have a fear that I will forget one of my kids or someone elses kids just about every day 10. I dont know how to relax
