I think if everyone could read what Mike Rowe status said in reply to some of the responses as to why he wasnt going to take the ice bucket challenge. ( bravo) I have struggled with this challenge, calling people out via FB by name Its not because Im a chicken.. As people have questioned me. I have been told its just for fun come on just do it... Really???... How is this fun??? I donate to causes that are near and dear in my heart. Causes that have a personal meaning for me. My causes dont necessarily align with yours. This is my choice to make not anyone elses. Whether any of my friends believe this or not oh well so be it. I can get over that. FB is a pretty convenient tool to make your self feel better... I hope you feel better...Good for you I hope you have learned more about your cause whatever that might be besides posting your video clip on FB and calling people to take your challenge. Again when you received a private message from me telling you why I wasnt going to take your FB challenge I would had hoped you understood. But since FB and it appearing in your newsfeed it makes it so easy for friends to say what they want, when ever they wont. ( keep this in mind.. Would you have talked to me in person and said all of this?) I have heard from others that you are pissed off that I wouldnt take your challenge. Really get over it as I have. I choose to support what matters to me. For those of you who truly know anything about me or understand what I am going through, Im pretty sure they understand and where my loyalty currently resides. Not everyone needs validation via FB. If you care about something thats great then care..learn as much as you can and how to do that and so on. Dont condemn people simply because they didnt live up to your challenge. Thanks for listening and hope my spelling mistakes wasnt that awful. Hehe
