I think it was the last year for the Charleston Regatta when Bowling for Soup played. I can not remember the year, maybe 2005?, I dont know. This was the year that Jerry W Harper III and Jeff Harper went to the Regatta with me. It was the best time at the Regatta I ever had. Jeff left us 6 years ago today. Even though I did not hear the tragic news that night, I woke up at the time of the accident and could not go back to sleep, did not sleep more than 2 hours a night for quite a while. Who could have know how things would change. Who could have known the last time I saw Jeffy, would be the last time. Please love your family and friends, no matter what.
