I think its time for a TRAINER TIP! Here is one from our own Molly Reas: Find a Buddy or a Small Group Training: Working out with other people has a lot of hidden benefits. Not only will you hold each other accountable, but time of your overall workout will go by faster and be more enjoyable. You may even find that you will push yourself a little beyond your normal comfort zone and really start to see and feel results.
