I think more people should be made aware of the disgusting attitude of the Tesco store in Douglas on the Isle of Man. I purchased 6 packs of Kitten Food and 6 packs of Cat Milk to be delivered to the Sanctuary yesterday afternoon. Tesco called me at 12:30 to check the address and I also gave them the sanctuarys phone number ans asked them to call them before deliver. The delivery was returned to the store and the driver claimed it was an unsafe delivery as he would have to walk across the road to deliver it. They never phoned them and will only hold the products until 2pm today if someone can go and collect them. I cannot tell you how disgusted and disappointed with Tesco, it is diabolical treatment. Why couldnt he walk across the road to deliver these is he a wimp. If there is anyone on Douglas who could collect these before 2pm and take them to the Cat Sanctuary. The people from the Sanctuary are very busy today and may not be able to get there in time. Tesco have said the if any goes they need to go past the small car park to the white gates at the Back Bay and ask there for them. Please I really hope someone can help me as I live on the Mainland and cannot collect it myself and so dearly want the help the cats especially all the kittens.
