I think people were under the impression I was joking, or being mean last night when I posted the mugshot of my ex-wifes new husband. Quite the contrary, on November 8th, Heather, my ex,and mother of our young daughter, married Douglas Rayburn, the man in the mugshot. My daughter spends 50% of her time in the home of Heather and this man, who was arrested, and to my knowledge is still actively being investigated for these charges. He now lives in Casey county. He attends church, school events, and other activities around town with my child, and quite possibly yours. I am very concerned, and I am doing everything legally that I can do to protect my child, and would think, as parents, you would want the information, so you could do the same.
