The last round 5 has started and Cathy is out the door to catch her plane. This round, by far, has been the easiest chemo round for me, so I think we got to have as much fun as it was possible. Lol. As humbling as it is in my position, being tied to a cart 24 hours for 5 days, and having so many fluids hooked up to me, Im constantly using the restroom, Im so very thankful that my friend who has been through thick and thin with me, was able to be here. It really brings whole new meaning to your fight when someone is there with you. As I have said before, emotional support is the key to the patients outlook. Cathy has been through it all with me. One more day, and Ill have this cycle complete. Ill be prepping for Cycle 7, Feb 17 to 22nd if anyone has any time they are able to share. I would love the company.
