I think possibly our best review yet - thank you Johanna & Cathy :) “A Gem of a B&B We highly recommend it” 5 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW My friend & I wanted a break away from the rat race for a couple of days in the new forest and we found Acorns of Lyndhurst. Perfect! Lovely family home, lovely people, welcoming and down a private road so no traffic noise with private parking. Lyndhurst center is literally a 3-5 minute walk from the B&B and Fred will gladly recommend places to eat. Also, if you want total relaxation book a massage or treatment with Escape Spa, Mel recommended them and they are wonderful there. The room at Acorns was just lovely, very clean and comfortable, tea and coffee facilities provided and we had the most beautiful bathroom. The shower was HUGE and amazing and the roll top bath was perfect for relaxing in. To top it all off the breakfast was to die for, cooked to perfection and so many choices of homemade jams and jellies, and if you give notice you can even get breakfast in bed! Just what the doctor ordered. If you are looking for somewhere warm, welcoming, peaceful and great value then look no further. We loved our stay and would gladly come again.
