I think this is Peters Epauletted Fruit Bat. It is almost identical to Wahlbergs Epauletted Fruit Bat. The only way to separate the two species is to examine their skulls. Peters has two ridges across the palate behind the last molar teeth, while Wahlbergs has only one. It is said though that Wahlbergs bats do not stay in houses! This photo as you can see was taken inside a thatched roof! On the premises of a friend two blocks from me! SIZE: Length (including tail) 15 cm; wingspan 56 cm;
