I think we all hate it when we call an hospital, and our calls & messages seems to just go to a deaf ear.....Well what I love is when I know of a department head, who can intervene, and see to it that the call is replied to...I recently tried within a week, calling and leaving messages multiple times, that I needed to make a very important Specialist Dr. Appointment. The messages I left none were replied to. It was time I reported this unacceptable service. I get that extension and leave another message....Within 24 hours I was called, indicating that they were faxed to call me without delay, I was given the appointment I need. Its a wait of 2 months, however the important thing is I got the appointment. There are hundreds of people looking for work, if him or her who is paid well to do that job, neglects to do it properly...then let them go and recruit another person. So happy that Ombudsmen exist ....;-) ;-)
