This is a permanent role based in London. This Billing Operations Team Leader will ideally have a strong background in Telecom Billing to manage a growing team of Billing Operations Analysts working globally ensuring accurate and timely charging and Billing of Postpaid customers for our Global billing System. As the Senior Billing Specialist your responsibilities will include: · Responsible for managing, training & developing a team of Billing Operations Analysts across multiple locations. · Manage Billing Schedule and ensure timely completion of Billing as per the same · Ensure Accuracy of billing. · Analyse, resolve or escalate any operational issues to relevant teams and own the issue through to resolution. · Ensure quick turnaround of Customer Billing queries. · Reconcile bill runs and maintain statistics and Operational KPIs. · Create processes and monitoring reports to ensure end to end processes are followed correctly and issues are highlighted and fixed quickly. · Document all Billing Operations Processes · Participate in audit of issues, bug fixing and improvements in the billing process and systems. · Assist Revenue Assurance ensuring the root cause of revenue leakages are fixed quickly. · Investigate billing issues and propose remedial actions.
