I thought I would share my Alfredo recipe. It has been a hit with those that have tried it... Not to brag, but this sauce won the White Sauce Division of the Milla Vineyards "Get Sauced" Competition :) 1 cup butter 1 qt heavy whipping cream 3 cups (or until desired flavor/thickness) Parmesan Cheese 2 Tablespoons Strib Wings X-Treme Garlic Spice Rub 1 Tablespoon fresh chopped garlic 1 1/2 Tablespoons Basil Melt butter and add cream. Use a whisk or spoon to stir until well blended. Bring to a simmer and add garlic, herbs and spices, stirring frequently. Add cheese slowly, allowing it to melt. Keep stirring and adding cheese until it starts to thicken. Remember as it cools it will thicken. Serve over noodles.
