I thought enough of you to take the time to write this. would you think enough of me to take the time to read it? I do not want to offend anyone but Please read slowly and comprehend the meaning of the words. They have a very profound impact on you and your family’s future. The Preamble to the Constitution “ We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this constitution for the United States of America”. The words clearly state, “ we the people “ form a more perfect union. “ We the people” establish justice. “We the people” insure domestic tranquility. “We the people” provide for the common defense. “We the people” promote the general welfare etc. The point being that “WE THE PEOPLE” not our servant government are in charge or at least that is the way that the SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND says it should be. Check out article 6, section 2 of the Constitution. The Supremacy clause that states that the Constitution is the supreme law of the land . All laws are to be in compliance with the Constitution or they are null and void from it’s inception and no one is bound to obey it. If you have ever walked into a law library, you can see all of the law books on the shelves. One thing that you may not know, Every book in the place has to be in compliance with the small booklet that you can fit in your shirt pocket, the Constitution. Did you know that you have no Constitutional rights? That’s right, “WE THE PEOPLE “ created the Constitution for the government to obey. It WAS NOT written by the government for “WE THE PEOPLE “ to obey. “WE THE PEOPLE “ are above the constitution and the government is below the Constitution. Our ( we the people ) rights come from God or nature and are unalienable. The Declaration of Independence says, ” We hold these truths to be self evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, that whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or abolish, and to institute new government”. IT IS THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE THE POwER IN AMERICA AND IF WE DON’T WAKE UP, WE WILL FIND OURSELVES IN A BALL AND CHAIN. We are not too far from it right now. Another important fact that you might not be aware of is Common Law. Common Law is and Always was the SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND. A by-product of Common Law is the Common Law Grand Jury. Some facts about the common law grand jury.1. Common Law grand juries are comprised of 25 impartial people.
