I thought this was super cool! This is a prime example of what unity looks like when we are prepared, committed, and in sync. On another note, the social scientist in me wonders how many egos had to be subdued to make this happen? Man, I wouldve loved to be at these practices. If it was anything like a step practice, choir rehearsal (especially for a big musical), athletic practice, or pageant practice - it was probably going down! Leadership nugget: Sometimes the process is just as important as the product. Once we learn to respect the process the journey will render amazing results. #justmytwocents
