I thought you might be interested in the consultation events below which EBCDA are facilitating: Lifeline Consultation: The public consultation on the Lifeline Crisis Response Service is now open for responses. The current Lifeline contract is due to end 31 March 2015 and the Public Health Agency is keen to engage with the public and relevant stakeholders to ensure that the future Lifeline service specification is appropriately informed and the future services are fit for purpose. EBCDA is hosting an event to consider an East Belfast response to the consultation on Wednesday 18 June from 1.00 to 3.00pm in East Belfast Network Centre, Templemore Avenue, Belfast, BT5 4FS If you would like to attend and be a part of the discussion please contact [email protected] or call 028 9045 1512. Belfast Strategic Partnership Emotional Resilience Strategy Consultation: The Belfast Strategic Partnership (BSP) has launched a consultation process on their ‘Building Emotional Resilience Strategy 2014-17’. The consultation process seeks to gather the views of Belfast residents, community and voluntary groups and interested bodies, to help inform decisions about building emotional resilience for Belfast citizens. ‘Emotional resilience’ refers to an individual’s ability to adapt to stressful situations or crises. EBCDA are hosting two events to consider an East Belfast response to the consultation: on Wednesday 11 June 2014 from 10am to 11.30am at the Hanwood Centre, Kinross Avenue, Tullycarnet, BT5 7GE and on Thursday 12 June 2014 from 9.30am to 10.30am at East Belfast Network Centre, Templemore Avenue, Belfast, BT5 4FS If you would like to attend one of these events and be a part of the discussion please contact [email protected] or call 028 9045 1512.
