Locally what we are looking at is the return of parents and children who have been in contact with and or come into contact with peoples not from the surface or from private dwellings and safety domiciles that are not of the normal type that an average family from here would run into or encounter on their average vacation so that when they return they will be returning with germs and bacteria that are foreign to the people and children here which could cause an outbreak in illness and cost the avarage family with or without children any where between $100.00 upwards to $20,000 - $30,000 in doctor care, hospital care and self treatment and remedy ... $368.00 would have been a hell of a lot cheaper ...
