I drove past South Works where I worked while going to school, my grandmothers old house on Tennessee St. in Gary, the Aetna house I grew up in, and my dads grave. Dangerous territory, these old places along with those recessed memories. For better or worse, these places have made me who I am today and grateful for the lovely, easy life I have.
