I took today with me a Finnish girl friend to the oriental shop and there she was like Alice in wonder land , I showed her all kind of beans that I know she wouldnt never buy cause she wouldnt even know how to prepare them and big bags of rice that are much cheaper than normal supermarkets and the frozen halal meat and chicken ( I would never buy meat from outside of Finland ) and to my surprise she asked me if this meat was pork yeah sure halal pork meat :D thank God the few Muslim women next to us didnt understand her question :) than I showed her the exotic spices , teas and coffees , and the sweets . Got for her the Halwa with pistachio ( my favorite ) , we went to the queue to pay for the groceries and next to us was a shelve of beauty products and saw her looking at them with her curious eyes cause she couldnt read Arabic , I showed her the Henna , the shampoos , body oil ..... We were giggling and laughing about some crazy products that are so exotic to her , I saw Kati was happy and surprised and had to remind her that we were in Finland ,and as usual I always flirt and make the cashier man laugh to get free Baklawa and of course he was generous and offered Kati too ! Kati took today a small trip abroad !
