I took up art as a career because I always loved creating art. When I was young the visits to art galleries with my parents (when they were still together) really inspired me. I also knew that I was never going to be a 9 to 5 job type person. Unfortunately the down side to being an artist is the total misunderstanding other people have for what I do. Its not seen as a job. I have little money, few friends and no relationship. So I do question sometimes whether I have made the right career move.
