I totally agree with Lori Gard, a teacher and a blogger, when she said that what students remember most about their teachers are not their amazing lesson plans or the taught content, but rather the teachers themselves. Rather, its whether or not teachers treat students kindly, humanely, empathetically, and lovingly. Here, I still remember the indelible effect one of my trainers Mohamed Bamhamed had on me. He taught us educational psychology in French, but I was so poor at French that I grasped almost nothing during his sessions. But, what I still vividly remember most about him is his kindness, empathy, concern, erudition and care.
