I tried doing the fruits, veggies, and fish thing for about a week and by day three I was requiring ridiculous amounts of sleep, body temp dropped, pulse slowed, inability to concentrate, face started peeling, unhappy GI stuff, etc. So last night I ate a whole chicken and drank some heavy cream and treated myself to a lot of irish butter - and today has bee the first day Ive been able to stay awake for more than eight hours. Rabbit starvation yo.
