I truly think that last night my Grandpa Frank was our guardian angel. I made the status about him yesterday, and I think its no coincidence that we made it out of a dangerous incident safely. Rt, Donnie, and myself were part of a random act of violence, idk if it was a part of a gang initiation, if they were trying to just kill us, or rob us, or what. We were in ESTL around 3 AM checking up on Teddy and Jordin on our way home from the show, when a random car drove past us, and went around the corner. About 2 minutes later, 3 men walked up and started surrounding the car, covering their faces with their t-shirts. While they were covering their faces, we noticed a gun sticking out the back of their pants. RT told me to throw it in reverse, instincts took over, as soon I started backing up they pulled out their pistols and started shooting at the car. I tried to back up around the street on some Transporter/Dukes of Hazard type shit lol, but ended up striking a light pole. The shooters kept running at us and shooting, bullets were striking the car and bouncing off the car all over the place. I was able to throw it back drive and peel off down the block. We made it about a mile and a half away into a different neighborhood when all of a sudden my radiator gave out cause it had been shot a few times. We ended up getting the car off the street, started walking and called and met up with Dizzle and Tek. Luckily none of us were injured. RTs family is good, Teddy and Jordin are good, were all good. Its a sad situation thats really really frustrating. So random, so many questions, theres really absolutely no reason why this event happened. The car was a Brown/Tan Ford Taurus, full of like 6 or 7 people, idk if it was Illinois or Missouri Plates, make sure you keep an eye out there tonight in the streets, cause in our opinions is some young kids trying to get their stripes, or whatever, trying to prove a point or something, random, senseless acts of violence. We were blessed. The car took about 3 or 4 bullets in the radiator and the front of the grill. The shooters were literally no father than 10-15 feet away from us, but the bullets were just bouncing off the car, and none of us were shot or injured. The car used to belong to my grandpa. Thank you for watching out for us last night...
