I try to eat a banana every morning before going to physical training at 5 am and it has helped me get focused and wake up and gave me energy even at FIVE in the morning......this morning we had a 4.5 mile ruckmarch ...I dont usually post stuff about food but I was impressed when I read all this about bananas, cant say im really surprised since I know how they help me but its nice to know they are good for us too
