I try to emulate the rasp, accent and cadence of Sir David Attenborough whenever I order a Pizza for delivery. On that note, I wonder why non religious based conservationists are so misanthropic. Where does that discrimination against another "mere" occurence, in this case homo sapiens and their byproduct, come from? By what directive? I can understand a conservationist who bases his/her desire to be kind to nature on Divine directive like say, the extrapolations of the sixth law of Noah or Karmic existence of or within other species, but where does the self importance to discriminate against just one species of the remaining one percent of ALL species that ever existed (99 percent were extinct before our species ever came into existence) come from?
