I understand if you delete this i just wanted to share as a few of you may know i train young shots in airgun safety as well as i do tye pest control marksmanship courses. We were asked to do this event and as you can see it turned out very well as most of the people were anti-guns so to have such a great turn around was a fantastic boost to us all even ace my harris hawk made new friends. I would just like to say a huge thank you to everyone at Pass it on Young Sports for your involvement with MiniV 2014 and all the other stands you brought us under The Pass It On Young sports banner. Rob Collins squeezed us into an already incredibly busy schedule and by doing so you added great variety to our event and the posative feedback has been incredible. The biggest thanks must go out to Sally & Mike (fire arms licencing) for sorting out the fire arms license for us in 2 days! You really did pull out all the stops to make this happen for us so a massive thank you to you. It was lovely to have Julia Borrowman join us with her ferrets. Smashing to see these wonderful animals so well handled that the children were able to appreciate them up close. Also thank you to Chev Dewis and Rob Collins for coming along with the CnG Marksmanship Academy with the birds of prey. Your walks around the main arena really helped attract the interest of people who may have otherwise not known you were all tucked away in our top field. Again, what an experience for the children who were able to touch, hold and smooth a bird of prey. A great thing to see. We also enjoyed the Clay Pigeon have a go stand with training given by Robert Eaton, thank you so much. I was so pleased to hear that your time with us during MiniV teaching air rifle air pistol and shot guns and your overall professional approach, has not only changed the minds of people who were very anti-gun but has instigated emails and contact this week from many who want to take lessons with you and join shooting clubs. That is truly amazing, and for MiniV to be part of a process that is breaking down barriers and educating people by introducing new activities is just a great feeling for us. Finally, well done to our little MiniV festival goers that with inspirational coaching from Rob Collins and Chev Dewis who under proffecional instruction achieved the CnG Marksmanship Child Air Gun Safety Award (CASA) too.
