Nothing is more inconsiderate, art writing or not, than to assume the position of articulating an idea to an audience, only to not consider the reader, to not really deeply feel that you might want to meet the reader at some level to communicate your idea; it might illustrate that your true intention was never to communicate an idea, but to assume the stereotype of both the rhetoric, as well as the role of the intellectual, the art writer.
