I used to think I wasnt special. I appeared to have confidence but I was riddled with self doubt when it came to some of my aspirations such as developing my own DVD. Doubting I could ever compete in a saturated market creating a DVD program that anyone would want to use, I settled for being the paid talent in others DVDs. ------------------------------------------------- Just when I was building up my confidence, I was casted in a very well known fitness celebrities DVD. They chose ME!! I was ready to shine and be the best back ground person theyd every seen! During the rehearsals, the producer made me feel as bad about myself as possible. She was awful. Mean, hurtful and that darn glare she would give me...She confirmed it! I REALLY wasnt special and was not good enough to ever do my own. ------------------------------------------------- The years passed and I stayed safe and released written programs but still not my own DVD. I still had that itch so I started to share short effective exercises on social media. You know what happened? Something magical. YOU... a LOT of YOU started to follow and tell your friends! I went from a few 100 followers on on Instagram to over 300,000. You liked my videos and you started to tell your friends about them and you told ME that they were helping you change your body! YOU validated that I DID have something special to teach and that I could go for it. With the help of YOU I gained the courage. In October I FILMED the Rev4 DVD. I did it! On February 4th I released it. I sold more of my DVD in one day then I had ever imagined. So many of you have since messaged me telling me telling me you love it. YOU gave me to courage to do this and I want to thank YOU. -------------------------------------------------- If you do like my daily workout videos please know that in my DVD you get the best of me with you in your living room.
