I used to think Jim Carrey was the funniest persons ever, so I started watching him on YouTube late night after (band) gigs. One link led to another link. Then I stumbled across his own website, where he {kinda} documents his daily life; and I watched some pretty cool stuff.... him getting surgery, etc.. then, that led to a very strange video.. Then I started poking around the internet, keeping in mind that only facts interest me and not someones opinion.. and after about 2 or 3 months of doing that, on and off, after gigs, I came to the conclusion that he is not the funny person that he used to be, and certainly not the person that I thought he was; he is Anti-American; he is an asshole; he is a jerk; and he is truly a weird-o; and now I boycott anything that has his name on. On the one hand you can say well his stuff is still funny, its already been recorded, so why not watch it? ... but on the other hand (which is the hand that I listen to), If you dont stand for something, you fall for anything, and I have made a personal choice not to support, in any way, anything that he has made a dime on, or even done for free for that matter.... Same thing for Bon Jovi, just replace the funniest persons ever with a great rock band. RO
