I usually do not like popular psych TV, but this is good... from 18th minute on, especially. Narcissistic personality is created, usually by abuse and by narcissistic parents that influenced our early childhood. The cycle CAN be stopped, by attaching words to feelings, and by digging into the past and understanding what really happened in our early childhood, by taking good care of ourselves in a very positive way.
