I very rarely say anything serious on Facebook but being reminded of this has prompted me. We all as a nation, nay as a race, need to heed these words. Freedom of thought; expression - these things are indelible. Nothing can, nor should, have the power to strip us of them. Equally, critical analysis must be held as a primary virtue of a civilisation. Criticism of a thing can be done without denigration; in and of itself intelligent criticism should be encouraged and allowed to flourish. It will better us all. Thanks to Bri for reminding me.
