I view the Almighty as a Dad. Call me crazy..... thats JUST the way I see it. I attribute parts of my own personality and my dads personality in His. (His image) So... after I mowed the lawn and cleaned things up... (which I hadnt done for too long). I decided to dust off with a motorcycle ride. How does God play into this? Well..... I tend to believe the Almighty has a sense of humor. I revved up and took off. At some point in my mind, I heard the Good Lord say: Patrick..... I helped you get this beautiful motorcycle. I kept you healthy enough to work to pay for it. Ive kept you safe while riding it. Its exactly the type you wanted..... color and everything. You havent washed it in over a MONTH!..... So..... Im gonna help you again. Almost immediately the air temperature dropped. The sky turned dark..... and I was POUNDED with what seemed like a hurricane. Soaked... to... the... BONE!! Hahahaha! As SOON as I pulled into my drive..... the rain stopped... the sun popped out..... and in my mind I heard..... Now wipe it off son. :) Thats prettymuch how things are between me and MY Father. You have your beliefs. I have mine. Please dont beat up on me too hard :)
