I want, No I will look like superman by the end of these 12 week I will be the man of steel! No one can stop me; No one can hold me back. I will stand tall and rise above the clouds of disappointing thoughts and the bulling ghosts of weakness and doubts. I will build a foundation of seat, blood, pain, and tears to create a mountain of self-improvement. This will not be easy to build each level to the top. For one level contains many stoles and steps some heavier than other, some that do not fit in as well as others and many may crumble and need to be rebuild stronger. I will take note of these failures but that does not mean I will not attempt them again but that I will not fail in the same way. Within each of these failures I will learn to make my stoles stronger, so durable that even the darkest of nights, fairest winds, and mountain shaking storm may not tear me down or the one hum wish to raise with me. For one cannot truly reach their best alone, they most help other shoulders and braise others foundations so they may stand above the clouds. So those that are with me start pushing, start helping, and raise, these rock will not make stoles, these stoles will not make steps, the steps can’t make levels, and the levels will not reach the heights they want if I do not shake off they punches and sweep together the rock and start working.
