I want to do a project for our photoclubs Heart of Southern ALberta exhibition which takes place next May. I would like to photograph some families in front of their homes, and put them together in a sort of collage. I will be doing the pictures in bw, to sort of copy the photographs of the past where families where often photographed in front of their house. I would love to get a large representation of different types of families... new families, grandparents still living in their home, single parent families, two mom families, or two dads, newly married, one where dogs are their family, etc. ..farming family, etc.. any kindof family that owns their own home... and that would help to represent the heart of southern alberta. I have been slow to start and the only picture I have is a new family (mom, dad, little girl). Anyone know of someone who would like their picture taken? I would give them a bw 8x10 print... and I should probably try and get this done inthe next few weeks before it decides to snow on us! Msg me here if interested! You would hve to be ok with the images being displayed at the CASA bldg (if my entry gets accepted).
