I want to know why people adopt or buy an animal and then not properly care for them by getting vaccines, spay or neutering to prevent more unwanted animals or overpopulation, or feeding some cheap food. If you cant pay for these services, then dont get the animal. But most likely YOU CAN AFFORD the care, but CHOOSE NOT TO! Instead you buy your cigarettes, booze, or go gamble it away at the damn casino! Proper care of your animal is the SAME THING as proper care of yourself or offspring.
