I want to personally thank all of you who have been patient with us during our new website launch. We encountered issues with the launch, and have been diligently working with the programmer to fix those glitches. We have made alot of progress, and it appears that orders are being placed at the same rate as they were with the old system. We discovered that a few things prevented some customer accounts from the old system to import into the new system. Multiple accounts using the same email account seem to be the biggest reason, in addition to the address verification system the new system used during import. If you are not able to log into your new account on the new website, please send me a personal email at naturesgarden1997@gmail and provide me with your name and email address that you used for your old account. I will be more than happy to set up your account for you, transfer any reward points, and provide you with a printout of your order records from the old system. -Deborah
