I want to say something to my clients. Old, present & new and to - TopicsExpress

I want to say something to my clients. Old, present & new and to the people who I inspire, who inspire me and who have a love for health & fitness. This something is Thank you & Well done! Thank you for allowing me to spread the knowledge I have of nutrition and training, by practicing it upon people to make them healthier & happier. Thank you for inspiring me, motivating me to get up in a morning and taking the time to educate yourself to better yourself and those around you. Well done for the results you have achieved and those that you are on course to achieve. Well done to committing yourself to something and not quitting when things got tough! This post is all due to the chat myself and team @Optimum Nutrition UK athelete @Zanna Van Dijk had yesterday about the blog below, which was written by BTN coach @Heather Wynn. PLEASE take time to read Heathers blog and comment leaving you’re thoughts! bodytypenutrition.co.uk/blog/creating-monster/ I am openly admitting that I am guilty of praising my most elite clients. The clients who are genetically blessed and have the time, will power and commitments to go to those extremes. Long term as it stands my dream is to coach & train bodybuilders, physique & bikini atheletes and prep them for shows HOWEVER stlll spread my knowledge of nutrition and training across the general public. I myself post a lot of things about my own image, training and nutrition but this only applies to what, 40% of my followers maybe a tad more. So what about the rest? My decision is to make this my coaching & athlete page not be so biased towards one market because there are so many other people that need motivating, praising and educating. This is not for everyone, not everyone wants to be 4% body fat getting ready to step onto a stage which is were I have been going wrong. I praise all my clients but not as much as I should. I post majority of my photos of extreme transformations from one end of the spectrum too the other. HOWEVER what I don’t share is the 36 year old women who is slowly reducing weight, feeling amazing in herself, eating more food than she ever thought, who no longer has back pain and feels comfortable out with her friends after dropping 2 dress sizes. Or the business man who found a perfect balance of how he can eat healthy whilst working & travelling, yet getting fitter and reducing his body fat levels whilst finally improving his sleeping patterns after having restless nights for years due to stress and poor nutrition. Each and every client matters too me just as much however I think I’ve been kind of focused on what sells and what I thought people want to see! It’s easy too fall into this but its not something I don’t want to be involved in. I will always share clients before and after photos but from now I will boast about my other clients who are making such improvements to their individual lifes. This is what coaching is to me. Improving somebodies well being through training, nutrition and supplementation too an extent, for the better. I know there’s no structure to this post but just like Heather, Zanna & many other fitness fanatics and coaches I want you to appreciate yourself and stop been so critical of yourself cause I can guarantee you, you look great! So you should feel great and you should feel proud of yourself and the things you have achieved already! Thank you Heather for writing such a good blog! Comments below ☺
