I want to share something about my experience in clubs. In this group here I see lots of positivity about the trance community and how active the scene is in Van. I can definitly see the sense community. My problem is that whenever I go to clubs with friends (admittedly not VTF) or find myself alone, even to shows where we go spesifically to see the artist (S/O to Tchami) I find Im always pressured by my friends to do typical club stuff like hit on girls and dance with people. They were encouraging me but I just wanted to dance! Does this spoil it for anyone else? I actually sat through the last third of Tchami and it was actually really enjoyable like that. No pressure when youre sitting down. So when VTF groups go out, is it more genuinely ravey and less clubby? After other club shows Ive kind of got the impression its not worth going because I feel the music more at home with my eyes closed wearing big headphones without any people around me. But theres something missing to not share that kind of feeling, you know? Any thoughts?
