I want to share with our community exactly what our dog warden does with all of her responsibilities-----Even tho she is busy ---"it is ShelbtCounty Ohio Fair week---some one dumped two little jack russells----my daughter called this morning she seen them----I went in also called animal shelter----many calls had went in----I did not see them so I came home thinking at first some one may have come and claimed them --then i ahd to be out in the millcreek vandemark road area ---and decided to go past the Fair----Low and behold i seen the little dogs----so i pulled into the school---they walked in front of my truck but were so scared being out of their element---I placed a call to Kelli at our Local Animal Shelter and she was able to reach Cami---as i sat with them and we found out where they were hibernating in pine trees---Cami came immediately with food ---OMG Ive never seen little dogs eat so so fast like volchurs---so Kelli arrived and one was able to be put in the truck after they ran right to kelli and one took off----so Cami is getting that one tonight they will take more food ---Honestly we can all set and say this needs done or that needs done--but when you see how much time they put into the pets- and how they rushed food immediately ---I do feel we all need o give lots of thanks to Our Local Dog Warden----She honeslty went above and beyond to rescue two pets that ignorant humans abandoned ---very tiny Jack Russells-They will need to see a Vet and get fattened up so please please every one in shelby county take a donation to our shelter---I have never seen little dogs that have been abandoned only on the net and one that may have got loose --these little dogs were so so hungry-----i AM PERSONALLY THANKING CAMI AND KELLY AND THE SHELBY COUNTY ANIMAL SHELTER FOR ACTING QUICKLY AND MAKING SURE THOSE BABIES DID NOT STARVE---------I HAD TEARS IN MY EYES WHEN I SEEN WHAT HUMANS CAN DO TO THESE BABIES---NO DOUBT IN MY MIND CAMI AND KELLI WE GET THEM A GREAT HOME---- ----
