I want to tell you an amazing story, I am the youngest of 7 kids, When I was a very young teenager, I was involved in the church, I loved being in the youth group, it was a sense of belonging. It was escape for me as all of my siblings except one had moved out of home by which point my parents had also split. I met this lady Named Anna who took me and 3 other girls under her wing, into her heart and into her house, she took on a role of mum, and really guided us wayward girls in the right direction, into the lovely women that we are today. Today Anna stepped up the anti and went above and beyond the call of any duty, you see mum came home from hospital today, and my mum needed a few things done, Mums catheter had come apart, so Anna being a retired nurse stepped in and sorted that out, then she gave mum a sponge bath and dressed her in a clean nighty, then made mum a ham sandwhich, she cut the crusts off, while I fussed around doing other things, a cup of coffee, an ensure, her dressing gown and knee rug, I was not shocked that Anna would do this, I was in awe, it was my adopted mum helping my biological mum, 2 separate lives becoming entwined because of circumstances, that may otherwise never have.
