I want to thank everyone for the comforting words and prayers today. I was called upon by the shelter to help a sick kitten that had been brought in. A few of my fellow rescuers volunteer at the shelter and knew I would try to help. It was at the end of the event I attended today so I packed up and headed right that way. When I saw her I knew this was not going to be an easy so I posted a bit about her and you all came through with your prayers. Even though she did not make it I was able to let her lay on my lap and hold her In her final hour. Hopefully she felt loved in that short time. It was not easy and never is, but like always you were all there to support and encourage. I asked for your help with donations and within moments the donations were coming in. Whenever you are needed you are always there. There are so many of you that live close and far away. ALL of you have made a differnce not only in the lives of all these animals but in my life also! I am proud to say I am apart of Another Chance Pet Rescue! I would also like to say thank you to all the volunteers that came out today to help set up, take down, and run the event. Your help never goes unnoticed and is truly appreciated. Karla
