I want to thank everyone who supported and voted for my painting Lost Queen in this years Bombay Artisan contest. I am super proud to say that according to view/votes my entry was first in the NY region and fourth overall in the nation. I have always said its Gods work and my hands that have created these paintings and opened so many doors for me in life and the art community. I also believe I couldnt have got as far as I did without the support and love from my wife and kids who continued to be by my side on this journey. I am also thankful for each of you, you all are amazing and it surprised me to see the amount of support I got each day. There were times I would log onto Facebook and would have notifications telling me some of you beat me to the post lol. For some reason Im not sure of I was not selected to show in NYC and have not been notified about showing in Art Basel next month. What Ive learned most in everything is that as long as I trust in God He will be my peace and guide me into greater opportunities just as He always has. What He has for me is mine and whats not is not. I thought going into this past weekend if I didnt win for some odd reason I would be sad but truthfully He spoke through my amazing wife the whole time and I have had no regrets & no sadness only an unexplainable peace. Again my family and I want to thank you all for putting up with the crazy amount of post asking you to vote and of course for your votes lol. You all rock!!!!
