I want to thank the nurse practitioner who saw Ethan last night at the St. Vincent clinic at the Maumelle Wal-mart. Ethan had to have a strep test -- which he absolutely hates. She patiently worked with him until it was over, then suggested he come with her to watch how she does the test. She led him through the process step by step, then let him set the timer while we waited. We all got to see the results come out together. Made the whole scary process so much more pleasant. (And the test came back negative.)
