I want to update a free copy of a church growth model for 2015. This is intended to aid pastors and church leadership as they search to develop and implement VISION and IMPACT their communities. Follow these steps to ensure your congregation reaches the numbers that it should. 1. Get out of the Seat of Moses and be a New Testament pastor. 2. Seek God WITH the leadership in your church and submit to His will. (You can find at least 66 books that are inspired by God Himself that will aid you in this process) 3. Cancel your subscription to every other church growth model magazines, articles, books and any other material youve used or intended to use to bypass God and His instruction for your specific congregation. 4. Get rid of the trap door and secret passage behind the stage that you preach from. After you preach a message make yourself available to actually minister and fellowship with the souls that God has entrusted you with. 5. Co-labor. If you feel a crushing burden upon your shoulders, you are not co-laboring with The Holy Spirit or your brothers and sisters in Christ. If you cant escape this stress and burden you need to immediately revisit step one. May God bless your congregation in 2015, and may your congregation bless The Lord! Galatians 2:20
