I wanted to know which film would be screened today at Bharat Bhavan in the weekly film screening and found by clicking on the events listing on the Events page of the Bharat Bhavan website this literally UPSIDE DOWN list of programs for September 2013 misleadingly labeled porogarm 20 July. I rotated it using my pdf reader and was thrilled for a moment that a French film festival starts today only to notice then that it is from 2013! If Indian cultural institutions could at least start announcing their programs in time on the net it would encourage greater public participation and would be a SMALL SMALL step forward towards the much bigger changes that are needed in our public art and culture institutions to stem and reverse the whole rot that has set in. bharatbhawan.org/images/porogarm%20july%202013.pdf
