I wanted to let you all know things are still rolling along with Angies Kitchen - it really is starting to come together in there! However, without getting into too much detail, we are now officially delayed about 4-6 weeks as the city planners office sorts through our new paperwork and tries to figure out how to deal with the complexity of a business that is a combination wholesale & made-to-order bakery/CSB/educational facility. We are breaking new territory in McMinnville with our little shop and although it feels frustrating at times right now - so close & yet so far! - we just keep reminding ourselves that someday in the not too distant future we will be baking up a storm & this will be behind us. Please keep us in your hearts and prayers as we push hopefully onward!
