Job with Carnegie-Tsinghua Center in Beijing: The Carnegie–Tsinghua Center for Global Policy, the Beijing Center of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, is seeking to hire an Events Coordinator. Primary duties would include management of the center’s event program, including liaising with staff and outside partners, planning the logistics and itinerary for all visiting guests and distinguished speakers, maintaining the Center’s contact database, coordinating with external organizations to plan meetings, arrange events, and maintain relations, and preparing event and publication announcements. Position requires native or near-native Chinese language speaking and writing skills and a strong proficiency in English.
