I wanted to let you know about the grand opening of Palermos Cafe and Bakery (389-399 Liberty St. Little Ferry, NJ 07643) on November 29, 2014. Already a baked good institution to those NJ residents who are die-hard fans of Palermo’s cakes and pastries (not to mention their famous wedding cakes) the latest addition will serve artisan pizzas and paninis, beer, wine and liquor, specialty coffee and gelato, and of course their gourmet desserts, cookies and pastries in a warm and inviting Italian café setting. The café opens daily at 6:30 am. Palermo’s also has a very dedicated celebrity fan-base.
