I wanted to make a post today for the strongest people I know. Lets call them: The Rocks. The ones who are always there for you, but usually have no one capable of really being there for them. The Rocks, who are so strong 99.9% of the time; but can get worn out and run down by the pressure, and lack of fulfillment that comes with being in their positions of great strength- while having no one to lean on themselves. People come to you for everything, yes I know, all across the board. Counting on you to be strong, courageous, to find answers... to deliver. And every time you do... Every time. I wanna let you know- when you feel tired, when you feel down, when you feel youve given it everything youve got, and they still want more and you wanna break down... IT IS OK TO BE VULNERABLE! Vulnerability is at the core of all of our connections. If we cant feel you, we cant heal you so let it all out sometimes, then get back to being that Rock! Because you are what you are! Embrace it! Harness it! And know that people Thank God for you EVERYDAY because of your outstanding and rare capabilities. To my Rocks out there... God Bless you.
