I wanted to share a short video from todays workout and give a few tips :) 1. Notice that Im lifting heavy for me. You can see the weight in the mirror reflection behind us. If its not hard, its not working. 2. You will not look pretty doing this. You will sweat, make faces, and squeal. Diva time comes later ;) 3. Proper form is key. Ross is holding me into position when I struggle. 4. This can be fun with the right spotter. ;) Lastly, do I freakin rock or what? :) PIYO + weights 3 days a week is wayyyy out of my comfort zone but Im here to show you comfort zones are meant to be expanded
