I wanted to share this with anyone who can use this for themselves. I have made a recent discovery and it has taken my home by storm. The discovery is the Reishi (Ree-She) mushroom. In Chinese medicine they are called the “Mushroom of Immortality” they are said to have remarkable medicinal uses. One of the uses is an anti-inflammatory. Over the years I’ve had all kinds of injuries; from skydiving to martial arts (breaking boards and bricks with my hands and that type of stuff) not to mention a variety of motorcycling and skiing accidents and nowadays I’ve been suffering for it, I have arthritis popping up all over (hands, feet, ankle, shoulders and etc) Since I’ve been using the Reishi mushrooms I have noticed that much of the pain in my joints has begun to subside and the pain I’ve had in my right elbow and shoulder is nearly completely gone. If you want more info on Reishi mushrooms just google it there’s a wealth of information and after checking it out I can tell you where to buy them so that you don’t spend a fortune on them, there’s a place here in Sandy that sales them dirt cheap. Just thought I’d share.
